Custom application requests

We verify your email before accepting an application request. We store your verified email, name, requirements, contact permission, and submission time to respond to your enquiry. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and cannot be reused after successful verification.

Voice input is optional and uses your browser’s speech service, which may process audio remotely. Kountable receives only the text you review and submit, not an audio recording. Please do not include patient information, passwords, or sensitive personal data.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request access, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, organisation, phone number, request type, message, and the page the request was sent from. If you use the public game, your browser may store local player preferences and submit a leaderboard entry only when you choose to share one.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, understand the business need, and manage early client or access conversations. We do not use the public site for advertising tracking, and we do not sell visitor data.

Retention and requests

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to handle the conversation, provide a response, and maintain reasonable business records. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through this website, contact contact@kountable.co.uk.
